How to use it

Good to know
- JPG has no transparency. Transparent PNG or WebP files are placed on the background color you choose. White is the default.
- Converting a JPG to PNG is lossless from that point on, and the PNG is often larger.
- HEIC photos use the separate HEIC to JPG page, so this page stays fast.
- Animated GIF and animated WebP are not converted in this version.
Questions
Which format should I pick for a website?
WebP is usually the smallest useful choice for photos and screenshots. Use PNG when you need lossless graphics or transparency. Use JPG when a tool or inbox only accepts that format.
What happens to a transparent background?
JPG cannot store transparency. Glazlo fills those pixels with the color you select before saving.
Does conversion upload the image?
No. The new file is created locally and downloaded from this browser.
Can I convert HEIC here?
Use HEIC to JPG. That decoder is loaded only on that page.
